late cleaning staff shortage
The breakfast offered sufficient options for various diets. It was acceptable.
The room cleaning happened late. Sometimes it did not happen at all. I often had to ask for towels, so there was no real service in the rooms. This problem was because of staff shortages. It was disappointing

Pleasant stay at the lagoon

The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned daily. There were many convenient extras in the room, like a toothbrush and vanity kit (a nice touch for those traveling light). The gym was a good size and well-equipped. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
The room was not as clean as I would have liked upon arrival. I noticed hair on the bathroom tiles. Also the transfer from the main hotel to my room always involved some waiting time.

My room was spacious and included a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The rooms had good soundproofing, as I didn't hear noise from other guests. I appreciated the small kitchenette in my room.

just okay stay

gritty floors limited breakfast
my room wasnt very CLEAN. i found some hairs stuck to the bathroom tiles when i checked in. the floors felt GRITTY, it was annoying. the selection at breakfast was limited too.
